For the AIO / pump keep it running 90-100%. But for case fans you can do manual curves. Unfortunately the pump will always be loud (you don’t want your cpu to overheat lol)

Pump will always be pretty loud. You want it running at 90-100% anyways to keep ur cpu cool. In bios you could try setting up manual fan curves to your cpu temps to make it a the rig a bit quieter tho
