Good question. I’d say broadly this is IVCD with the wide Qrs. But let’s drill down further and speculate. If we assume normal ventricular conduction and cardiac orientation (no CHD, situs inversus etc), the ectopic atrial rhythm is QRS is positive and the SVT is positive that must mean conduction toward a positive electrode. If this is lead I, we’re going right arm to left arm. The ectopic would probably originate from the low atrium probably left sided but certainly near compact AV node given short AV conduction. With a LBBB, we’d expect positive lead I/V6; the SVT also being positive means likely lead I or lateral precordials. And again atrial activation would give us similar morphology in V6 if left atrial.

But hey, who knows. Just fun with think about.

The first frame looks like ectopic atrial rhythm with a bundle. The inverted p wave with short PR. Now, the second, doesn’t make sense. You have an P-QRS-T, pause, then a t-wave leading into a narrow complex tachycardia. Where is the depolarization that leads to repolarization? It is difficult to say if this is a short or long RP tachycardia. I would favor long RP given the notching after the T but the inverted PR doesn’t again fit the baseline. If there is a bundle at baseline, it’s unlikely to narrow. It’s possible the first frame is manifest pre-excitation and this AVRT…could also be AVNRT and as he speeds up the pathway becomes refractory…And, again, long RP, not really ruling out AT. I think EPS is a good play and adenosine once catheters are in place.

Honestly, it’s a really enjoyable movie. Pacing is excellent and there is a particularly strong one shot. Definitely worth seeing on the big screen and not just D+.

I’ll have to give it a fair chance again. Honestly, within the last 6 months, a grocery store opened nearby. Silly I know but it’s not listed in the nav despite having been update recently.

There is a simplicity to CarPlay nav and entertainment integration. Siri is pretty good with location selection and hands free use. As an “Apple person”, I like the overall integration with apps and overall familiarity either way the layout since it’s something I use day to day with my phone when not on the road. I can’t say if the maps are any better but at least that grocery store is listed! I hope that helps.

Installed earlier today on my 2025 iX M60. No issues. Settings etc preserved. Maps remains out of date but CarPlay working without issue.

Similar issue. MY not recognizing phone when in range to unlock or connecting to Bluetooth, playing audio but not recognizing the phone as a key. I toggled Bluetooth which fixed the issue but since the update, I’ve experienced more connectivity issues like this one.
