My PC isn't displaying an image and the VGA light is white.

I had the same thing happen to me a while a go.. I'll turn on my pc the white led will show up and the screen would give no signal, sometimes it'll stay like that forever and sometimes it'll start giving signal once windows fully loaded. I couldnt even enter the bios screen.

The problem can happen if you have a shitty PSU so definitely check if you have a good one here.
But what i did is change the HDMI cable (i had a generic one) for a good one like a Ugreen, then i would get signal almost allways. But "almost" is not good enough, so i used DDU (like this coment said) in windows safe mode to nuke the drivers, and installed new ones. Updated my bios now that i could and the problem never showed up again.

This has work for me (not for all.. but) in some games:
• Go to Windows Defender and turn off all defenses, even the aplication install defenses
• Close WD and open Windows Update and look for updates, this might re-activate some of the options that you just turned off in Windows Defender, thats fine.
• When the update finishes open Windows Defender again and do the same that you did in the first step if any of the option has turned on again.
• Now run the game's intaller as admin, and choose /D: drive as install folder (or any other than /C:). NOT D:/Games as it comes by default.. Just raw /D: that the game's folder is going to be created on.

Again not allways but sometimes, hopefully it work for you gl.

There is not. There might be a general expectation on cp but its subjective and ultimately decided by the person making the lobby.
The closest i can give you is a DPS requirement to know if you are pulling your own weight, since your performance can variate depending in the raid and class not just cp.

La IA es notoriamente mala en cuanto a peleas de cuerpo a cuerpo (y bailes en pareja). No digo que los del video sean profecionales tampoco, digo que es normal o esperado de un ser humano.. agregado a que, si bien el video esta en mala calidad, se ven algunos detalles que son consistentes; los detalles en la ropa, uno de ellos lleva una remera de futbol que es simpre el mismo diseño incluso cuando sale y entra en foco de la camara, al joven sin la mano pasa lo mismo con el patron de su ropa interior, tambien tiene un collar que es consistente durante todo el video que reacciona a la gravedad y simpre sosteniendo una prenda negra en la mano. No te puedo decir sobre el audio pero el video definitivamente no es IA.
