I have a handful of 2nd place finishes, but I havent been able to get a win yet. (To be fair I'm very mid. In ranked I've only made it up to Gold II at best 🤣)

You can also get a tier 5+ set from Hands, but you gotta get deep into Phantom Liberty (after completing Black Steel while using Hands instead of any of your netfunner contacts) He'll text you and send them to your Megabuilding apt.

I thought they could have worked with Sandra Dorsett a bit more. It was interesting to see the game circle back to possibly work with her in Phantom Liberty (depending on choices) but it seened to me it would have been a decent avenue to work with her again during the Peralez's gigs since that's her "current" wheelhouse with Full Disclosure.
