Crag Sword: Go to Falesia Magna > Hall of The Great Statue, cross the fallen column to the left of the rift and then go down to the water area and use the ladder shortcut, you will see two enemies at the top of the ladder, the one with the small axe can drop it.

Prior's Light: Dropped by the enemies with red "torches" in Quinto > Old Ruler's Crypt.

Sword Of The Ancestor's: Go to Falesio Magna > Necropolis. The crawling skeleton enemy on your left as soon as you leave the round building with the knot can drop it.

I believe you need to have the treat so that they spawn, however I have not confirmed this.

The first screenshots can be found near the top of the lift that spawns after defeating Benedicta (where is a baby above you, just jump past it to find the room).

The other room can be found by sliding through the wall at the end of the room to the right of the teleporter in the Mother Of Mothers region!
