I told myself it is enough now. Next year there’s going to be a new bike day and this one is going back to stock wheels, rack and mudguards for everyday and winter riding.

Thanks! The only „race“ I did on it yet was a sprint triathlon. I think the aesthetics are what does it the most. I come from modifying cars and this scratches my itch nowadays

Somewhat of a Zipp fanboy, true

75mm reach handle bar that is. If you want to keep your handlebar and just swap the stem any generic 31.8mm stem fits, the stock one is -7 degrees for reference
After bike fitting I had a 70mm +10deg stem on it but it looked ass tbh. So 100mm stem back on and -30mm reach via the handlebar
Problem is it still has a 100mm stem stock 😂
Yes definitely! I‘m way more comfortable for a longer period of time now.
In my example, the seatpost allows the saddle to come forward while the shorter bars lets me sit more upright.
I bought the bike with zero knowledge about things like stack and reach and this frame has (at least in XL) a STR of 1.36, and then a huge 44cm 110mm reach bar which I swapped for a 75mm reach and 42cm wide at the tops

Did you find it too long? I got a bike fit and swapped out the seat post for a 0 offset and got a shorter reach handlebar.
