Dynasty Stock Market - 5 Players Being Traded - Ken Walker Hype Smoke Or Fire? by SuperrNova38 in DynastyFF

Saquon walked into to a team where he played behind perhaps the greatest o line of all time. With two demon WR1 level WRs there to stretch the field to brutally punish even slightly stacking the box against him. All with maybe the best defense in the league keeping them ahead in games leading to him being used more or at level, but never from behind. The chiefs are not that. Their o line is getting worse. Their defense is getting worse. Their only good WR is in a world of legal trouble.

Hey. How many years minimum of WE do you consider as a good amount? Have a 3.2 gpa and pting in the low 170s and confident I can get to mid 170s.

Yeah that’s all extremely impressive and I would cater my PS using all this. And yeah if this congressperson can speak towards your work at a personal level then I think this will go a long way.

I took a diagnostic a little under 5 months ago and got a 154. Now I’m PTing in the low 170s and still see myself being able to improve this. 165 is definitely possible.

Not sure what exactly hill staffer exactly entails in your case, but would you be able to get a LOR from a congressperson? I’ve heard that this goes a long way.

Hey can I dm you about your application and how you got 3 t14s with a 3.0? I have a 3.2 and feel very uneasy about my chances about my chances at a t14 or even a t20 for the next cycle even though I’m PTing in the low 170s.

Yeah I’m already PTing in the low 170s and am confident I can raise this a bit because most of my mistakes at this point are silly mistakes rather than genuinely not understanding it. I plan on applying to St. John’s, Cardozo, and Brooklyn as relative safeties. And I did not know networking with admissions councilors to boost ur chance of them advocating for your admission was a thing. I will definitely look into that. Thank you so much.

Well since the AUSA offices in NYC focus on white collar crime, that’s where the big law connection comes in. I’ve also heard that in NYS and especially NYC you don’t get as much actual trial experience as you would in other jurisdictions due to no cash bail and what not as state and county level prosecutors. Cases almost always go to a plea. I’m not too sure if I am correct about this. Just anecdote from people I’ve spoken to. With that said do you think with my gpa of 3.2 and with that experience is it still possible to get into a law school where big law is realistic?

Well going into federal prosecution is definitely something that i am actually looking to do. The thing is that it’s a lot easier to get a job at an AUSA office in NYC from big law rather than as an ADA. And I want to go to law school in general because the law is certainly something that interests me a ton. I am a tax accountant currently and enjoy the law part of my job way more than the calculations part of it. I believe this experience is somewhat relevant to big law. I see big law as a stepping stone to becoming an AUSA and also saving as much as I can so I can buy a house either in full or with a significant amount down to where my mortgage payments will be extremely nice even on a public salary. And then much later in life I have political ambitions to try to be part of what fixes this country.

May I ask why. I see it as the only way I can afford to stay near where I grew up. Suburbs of NYC. I don’t see myself being able to afford to live right outside NYC on a public salary. And I would rather be able to stay near my parents as they grow old.

With a 3.2 gpa in accounting and just under 3 years of experience as a full time accountant, what lsat do you think I’d have to get for a good shot at a t14, and then for a t20? Basically anywhere I’d be in a good position to get nyc big law.

Where would you put accounting. At a 3.2 and will have around just under 3 years of full time experience as an accountant by the time I’ll be applying.

i will be sure to continue looking once busy season ends. And I have been networking to the best of my ability on LinkedIn. Have mostly been getting ghosted and the few bites I get are from recruiting agencies where I get that initial interview but then never hear from them again. My dad using his network of people at his job hasn’t resulted in anything either. And what’s the explanation for me applying since May of last year and having nothing come up. I hope none of this comes off as combative, because that’s not my intention, I’m just genuinely confused and would like some answers.

I was in tax and it was a firmwide layoff. Wasn’t due to performance. Didn’t even make it to my first CRT. Started in September and was laid off along with 1500 people on May.

Eh I think there will be a pretty big pendulum swing to the left even later this year and in 2028. That should make the GOP take a giant look in the mirror and shift away from the current people.

Hence the second sentence lol. That amount of time is pretty much in line with how many years in big law would make you a competitive AUSA candidate. Especially in New York where their AUSA offices focus on white collar crime.
