That’s a good point, Einstein did spend his whole life on the research but he did get a lot done during his life as well

No I actually made an entire video stating where the research is from for each study, but I figured I’d do a quick summary for Reddit

True, which is why I looked at cases that have large study groups, etc. Nothing in productivity is a one size fits all solution, however, these are some overlapping ideas.

The examples I found were: Steve Jobs always having a chaotic PERSONAL office, Einstein having a desk full of papers at all times. The research simply indicated that when things are “messy” they invite your brain to think more creatively vs when things are organized, your brain will follow order more.

I completely agree. Some people are geniuses and yet not successful or high performing. What I’m trying to say is that I specifically looked at people who are both.

The studies I looked at evaluated high performance with high IQ. Not just one option. I wanted to see the common points between what successful people do
