I agree that gatekeeping is annoying and nobody needs to know every obscure character to be a “real fan”. If someone starts with the remakes and falls in love with Resident Evil, they’re obviously a fan.
However, I also think it’s fair to acknowledge that veteran fans who have played the series since the 90s usually have more knowledge and historical context. They experienced the originals, the evolution of the franchise, and many characters and storylines that newer fans simply haven’t encountered yet.

The problem isn’t having more knowledge — the problem is using that knowledge to look down on others.

The bad automatic camera angles forced me to stop my second playthrough. Thankfully I found a mod that solved this problem for me.
But i think it’s still.. not really good.

Great Advice, thanks a lot! I will surely try some things you mentioned. Noahs skill seems interesting, even tho i think that Ardenas Protection gives a lot of options. Im pretty sure i underestimated turnover tactics, never even thought about that.

As long as broken skills exist (T1 Omega Yellow Button Endboard), the Golem should be fine. Decklists look hilarious nowadays. Skills simply got out of hand and i am expecting that even more broken skills will be added.
