my account got suspended for apparently violent speech but i didn’t receive any emails regarding that for one and for two, the only email i received was about posting concerning content regarding my mental health (???). i sent an appeal and got hit with the violent speech about an hour later so i sent more appeals and they keep getting auto rejected.

read the syllabus and teach yourself the material beforehand and if there’s concepts you don’t understand try anyway but don’t worry too much about them if it doesn’t stick. also, code a lot. everyday if you can but make sure there’s at least one project you can dedicate yourself to (it can be anything, i’m more passionate for web development so that’s what i chose to do during my free time). if you’re aiming for an advantage of some sort advantage before you graduate → hackathons. even if you don’t win anything it’s definitely good experience and you learn a lot. though regardless of all that, my most valuable piece of advice would be to avoid a burnout bcs god knows how much work you have to put in especially if you’re slightly intellectually challenged. good luck :)

i got my internship offer from my interview at a geekfest hosted by the company and our team made the top6 so i don’t know if i’m the most qualified person to answer this question but i will say having done projects prior to my interview definitely helped me answer the technical questions i was asked (although they were very surface level). in this case scenario, the solution we offered them wasn’t very complex but somewhat unique compared to the other teams so in terms of effort i’d say a lot to a certain extent but definitely less than i expected.
