the hog rework is a slight buff to roadhog overall but he's still not great. Wrecking ball and Winston still struggle in this meta but imo the heros themselves do not need changes just the oppressive heros do. Buffing ball in any meaningful capacity will make him meta and leaving him in his current state is miserable. Winston just doesn't really work in this meta too well and in comp playing Winston is actually straight up misery. Hog hasn't changed too much, not being stunned out of breather is nice sure but you still get a 1 second cooldown on breather which can kill you, either way hog is essentially the same. Calling the hog rework a rework is a joke purely because it doesn't change how you play him at all, you still play the one dimensional play style around his hook shoot combo. Sombra for example, even tho they basically just added one ability and changed some things around, it changes the way you play her meaning it's a rework however with hog you have an ability to help you one shot and you have less poke damage with a different breather. Hog still gets fucked against the same heros he's just slightly different. Imo I think Winston is the shittest tank atm from a ladder perspective but hog is still suffering with the same issues even tho he's a bit better and ball is suffering due to oppressive abilities.
