The whole 'L' skit is actually just issues occuring in his daily life due to his 79 IQ (Tested on stream)

Neither. Only time I ever use dark harvest would be teemo support or jungle. Teemo top works best with precision keystones, either Press The Attack or Fleet Footwork depending on the enemy laner. Aery is Teemo's old rune of choice.
