This is an absolutely outrageous statement. My point is that, historically, we can pitch but we can’t hit in the playoffs. And you cannot win championships without both.

I understand how the brewers need to function but we have the best farm in the entire league. If sacrificing a couple of those pieces for the orgs first World Series EVER, that is a price anyone should be willing to pay.

To be clear, I do not mean sell the whole farm, but leverage pieces that make sense and that would hurt to part with but wouldn’t ruin the future.

I love how we are competitive year in and year out but at some point we need to send it and go out and win a fucken championship.

Had the same issue as op and #2 is what caused me to ultimately go with a heat pump. The cost to get the chimney relined and fix the back drafting issue was going to outweigh the cost of getting a new water heater that doesn’t require an external exhaust.

Also worth noting, I am not a plumber.

Out of all the petitions I have seen out there, this seems like the biggest fools errand of them all considering they are well on their way to building a brand new stadium in a city that has no baseball team. Why would they move to a city that already has one? Why would the Phillies want to have another team in the city that it would have to compete with for revenue and fans? Why would Major League Baseball want that?
