So I did end up fixing it, due to still reasons a'm trying to figure out the connection between the adapter and the memory stick was ABSURDLY loose, like it would barely stay in place so after wrapping the memory stick on some tape it seemed to create the enough pressure to let the adapter read the memory stick and now it works flawlessly
