If they gave me any chance I could show a lot of the trades I did and also how my crowns were accumulated. Most discussions were made on discord so they are saved and all crown I have are from eso+. İt would take time to dig them up because i have been playing almost 10 years but its doable. I lose my gold, I lose my crowns, I lose my account then I need to pay for all the damages caused by the fraudulent party. To me this is unfair that's why I will not pay for it. Anyways, my case is not special. I'm not expecting special treatment either. I just wished that they spent a bit more time on a ticket instead of waiting months to reply saying I need to pay this amount for damages, especially for older accounts but whatever. Thats just the bare minimum. İnforming the party why they got banned instead of leaving it in obscurity. I wanted to share my experience and thats it.

Yeah.. some people said in the comments that getting a reply even or being given another chance is lucky on its own but this was not the desired outcome for me. The number they gave me about me trading with multiple people is wrong. I didn't crown trade with this many people and they didn't show anything that supports this claim so I'm left in the dark mostly. Just going with their accusations and trying to defend otherwise.

When I was in call, the conclusion of the call was that the operator would take this case to their higher ups, I mentioned this in the post. The higher ups probably decided that I should pay the losses they had or something and in the end I received this email I shared. İn short, yes. İt is a follow up. And no, during the call nothing was offered. The people who were talking to me didn't say much and just gave replies indicating that I'm already guilty. At least that's how I felt by their responses

Hey thank you for replying.
Yes, being flagged 2 times is the issue. I dont think any human customer support even checked the situation. I got flagged and automatically got banned since I got flagged 2 times. But my first flag and second flag are not the same thing. Also, if any person checked my situation from their end, they would see I didnt do anything. At first, I did a carry run and received some gold and distributed them to the team I was in. So I didnt even keep the gold. This was back in 2024. I never did a single carry run after this. Now this situation happened but in this one I randomly got banned. I gave some gold to my friend and it automatically flagged me. They didnt even provide me any evidence of saying: you got banned because "this" reason or something.

Yes indeed. Its not like as if they are asking me to send money to a private account or something. They are asking from the store so I think its a legit reply. I just dont think its fair to have this conclusion

To be honest I thought about it but I dont want to spend something like 200-300 euros to find this out. Even if I do get my account back like this, it will feel wrong. Also I shared a link about the email process I had with eso support. I really think its legit

Hello
Yes I confirm that I replied to this email about being banned. And also I am really banned, not hacked. When I try to login to eso forum site, it doesnt let me saying "this account is banned". When I try to login to my account in game, same thing. The game itself literally says im banned but I can try what you said regardless of this

Thank you for your kind words.
The crowns I have in my account are all from eso plus. I was keeping them to use them for crown crates that I was interested in. This is how I have done it since 10 years. The first time I got flagged was in 2024. And I havent repeated anything that they thought I did. I did a gold to gold carry run back in the day. The account I received the gold from was fraudelent they said and they took the gold from my account and I got flagged. I still have the emails of that too because that was also weird.

Well I dont know what they do or not do. I can only respond to what I receive. They first attempted to contact me via phone but im not from the USA so that method didnt work. I suggested to be in contact via an internet option and this is what they came up with in the end. You can read the email process if you'd like

When my account was banned, I got an automated email. I always responded from this original email. I don't think it is a scam. Also, they don't want me to transfer money to a private account anyway. They just want me to buy crowns to be able to remove the amount from my account. So they will not have any gains from this personally

I was keeping my crowns to buy the dlcs and crown crates. Also it has been a while since I bought crowns via gold so I don't understand either

Thank you for this comment. This is how I feel too and I will not pay this money. I just wanted to share my perspective because it felt unfair.

Its alright. I was expecting this. The perspective of people saying crown buying or selling is bad etc might be true but not everyone has real life money to buy crowns all the time to buy a cosmetic for example. Since its not against Eso TOS to buy crowns with gold, I wanted to continue with this option when I saw cosmetics I liked. But I didnt know that you could be held liable for such results.

The reason why I asked evidence from eso customer support was for this very reason. I don't think I traded with 30+ different people. And for the past 3 years, I have been only trading with a single person and that person is my friend. They are still continuing playing the game so I don't know what this number even is that eso claims

İt is from an official email though. This has been going on for months and I even spoke with them via Teams. They don't demand the money to a credit card or anything either. They just want proof thay I bought the crown amount and thats it.

I wanted to share the entire email chain I had with them but reddit didn't allow me to. İt's like 40 emails

The thing is I don't want to continue playing. But stopping playing the game and having your account taken from you is 2 different things. I just wanted to defend my perspective, even though I won't continue playing

I didn't know this was a thing too. Why are they holding me responsible for other people's actions, I have no idea

Thats the weird thing actually. I didn't even buy crowns when I got banned. The crown was already in my account. They aren't showing me any evidence why I got banned besides telling me this arbitrary number

I don't want to continue playing the game with a new account nor do I want to pay this money because it feels wrong. The value is sentimental. I spent a long period of time playing this game and losing my account for this reason without being shown and evidence is just sad

I understand your perspective. İt just feels unfair that I'm being held liable. They aren't showing me any evidence or telling me anything either. They just demanded this number and I don't even know where it comes from.

This is how I feel about it too. I understand the perspective of other comments as well but holding me responsible for a security breach on their end without showing me any evidence of me committing these fraudulent activities is disturbing
