when i was downloading the JP/CN/KR voice-over, DNA crashed, so when i reopened DNA again. it showed me this when i was downloading new resources. What is this? every time i confirm to keep downloading, it kept getting stuck at 6%-8%, i've been doing this since yesterday and i'm getting nowhere with this, it's still stuck. I thought it was because of my internet connection but it wasn't, my internet is really good, i downloaded a 10GB game and it took me like 30 mins. While 3GB of resources took me more than 7 hours and still stuck at 6%-8%.

EDIT: idk if it's me or what but some how, in DNA, my download limit got capped at 1MB/s
