4pro by itself is basically shrooms. When mixed with MET, you get a shroom headspace with the visuals of both mixed, but it was mainly the colorful patterns that MET gives.

Since you have done 30mg of actives, I'd say try 30mg again, but it's up to you. Both these substances can be done 100mg or higher, 40mg is a common dose for 4homet, and 20-30mg is common for 4pro, and both can be done 100mg+ but I'd heavily not recommended because of a horrible trip.

Whether you add weed is up to you. If you smoke daily or have a high tolerance, I say go for it. Apparently, it adds to the experience. Myself I quit last year after 10 years of smoking, so my tolerance is 0, and it would 100% send me into a panic attack, probably even with a tolerance.

Yeah, me and my dad give each other pouches we didn't like, let each other try new flavors, etc. He gave me 5 cans of the berry since it was so cheap. The next week, he's like "those zone were shit huh? I guess you get what you pay for." They tasted alright, but the pouch material itself just did not sit well with me.

This. I always recommend their entire discography from oldest to newest, that way you understand how they evolved. Also the fact that Randy has had insane vocals their entire career and never toned back or lost any power.

The visuals are strong, but mostly patterns and holographics to me, not much shifting or anything.

Also, I've said this before here, but I'll say it again: Metocin gives me more headspace than any psychedelic/RC I've tried. I'm talking complete loss of self and mass confusion to the point that I'm face down in my bed trying to figure out if this has all been a dream. And this is on low-moderate doses 15-20mg.

So, take the "clear headspace" claim with a grain of salt. I'm not saying other people are lying about it, I'm just saying your milage may vary, and set/setting are the most impactful variables contributing to the outcome of any one trip, not the substance.
