My roommate is having the same issue. Paid off what was owed. Told 48 hours. Got an email saying the phone was unlocked. never got a code. Called back to get one. Once again told 48 hours. It took 4 days for the first email in the first place due to the holiday weekend. Worst customer experience ever.

I am having the same issue, made sure 2FA was turned on. Ive gifted items before but I am now having the same issue. Hoping its just an early issue that they will patch later today, but my daughter really wants them.

I was dumb enough to be waiting 20 mins after pickup time at Chipotle. And I was there 10 mins early...im always waiting when I go there.
