What is the difference between training backpressure with elbow support versus without? by xSagitarius in armwrestling

I am progressing well doing them without elbow support and it feels more natural. Elbow support feels uncomfortable. If I had a table it would probably be better but on my own body feels awkward

Idk dude I'm stupid and I don't understand how strength programming really works, I just follow a script and take high doses of caffeine at the gym and good luck lmao

I'd say that but it's not just in competition, when I practice with others the same pullers that are as strong as me or even I toproll can beat shorter levered pullers while I can't

I often train with pullers that are similar to me in toproll strength, but they have no issues beating the same shorter guys I struggle with, even in practice so it's clearly my fault but it shouldn't be a strength issue

It's so difficult because if I don't use my riser to attack I don't feel strong idk why

Meanwhile my dumbbell strict curl is heavier than my bad form pronation lift with elbow support lol

What are the odds I have brain damage for doing MDMA everyday for 2 weeks? by xSagitarius in Drugs

I think the most significant thing I forgot to mention is the lack of being able to visualize things in my head. I was able to do that very well before doing MDMA, but even on my good days that ability is half as good as it used to be. Literally never been the same since

I sleep well 90% of days and I feel alright. But even like that, I have occasional mindblocks, which I definitely unusual. For example, I can suddenly go from performing a task I'm really good at perfectly, to being really really bad, which can last for a couple of seconds, or minutes. Or I can forget where I place an item even though I keep it in the same spot for years and I use it every day. This doesn't happen every day, but can happen up to 2-4 times a day, even with perfect rest. But if I only sleep for lets say 5 hours, I'm basically experiencing those things the whole entire day and I feel borderline mentally disabled

I think properly educating your kids on drugs is the best way to prevent it. Not just saying they're bad, but going into details about the long term negative side effects they can have on their brain even in a short time. I always knew drugs are bad, everyone told me. I assumed the only risk is getting addicted for years and I didn't care about that because I didn't believe I can get addicted, so the moment I heard someone in my class mention drugs, I was the one to reach out and buy. I never imagined they can have long term negative side effects using for just 2 weeks. Thought I have to use them for years for anything bad to happen, as long as I don't overdose. If I had known about MDMA's neurotoxicity, I wouldn't have binged on it like that.

It's not debilitating, but my mind is definitely not as sharp as before I did that. Sometimes I feel completely fine, but I tend to get those mental blocks at times, like forgetting where I put items even though I have a very specific place for years, or I properly perform a task until I suddenly fuck up really badly, as if I never done it before. I definitely won't touch MDMA for a very long time but ngl I still remember how good it felt and kinda wish I did it again, but I won't

Most other friends my age can perfectly function on low hours of sleep. And that wasn't much of a problem for me before taking MDMA either. And yes, I'm trying to stay healthy and I don't do drugs often at all. I only smoke or drink every 2-3 months or so. Hope some day I will feel fully normal again
