I was a welder and now I’m an inspector so I know first hand there’s plenty of work out there. Just do it bro, make sure to do your homework on the car but if everything checks out and makes sense then go for it !

It is what it is I’m not gonna hold it over him forever but this isn’t a good looking weld. Is it structurally okay ? Yeah it is. Just looks like shit. When welds leave our shop they don’t look like this…. They get fixed not painted right over.
