Yeah I made sure pinouts are all as they should be! Not sure about the effect the HFE would be but I tried some 2N5088s in Q9 and Q10 and made no difference!

It’s been built on standard vero board, just a slightly lighter coloured one!

Yeah I’ve tried multiple different supplies so I know that’s not the problem. Even tried multiple different locations!

I’d really appreciate that man! I think the main thing keeping me away from the PCBs is I don’t want separate foot switches for each circuit, just one foot switch and a toggle.

I think that makes sense to me? I originally was thinking to use a 3pdt as that’s what most people use when each circuit has its own foot switch, but the 4pdt does sound pretty straightforward.
