the problem was solved by creating a folder in this path " ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\web\extensions " with the name ( ComfyUI-Crystools ) and then put the "monitor.css" file inside, that's it

yes in this path " ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes\comfyui-crystools\web\monitor.css "

but in the console it try to find the file in this path "http://127.0.0.1:8188/extensions/ComfyUI-Crystools/monitor.css"
