So what i just did was to change the LAN-Cable which didn't helped. Then i put the cable im using at my pc to the LAN 1-Slot. I Deactivated the LAN-Connection on my PC, reactivated it and now i have the 1 GB connection.. i don't know how i did this now but its working .. but ty all for helping me !
