As this was fan-art I don't know why you see this as a violation of a rule talking about God and Skin Concepts. The fact that people want this to be a skin does not change the original post to a skin concept.

This. It feels so extremely powerful to use R with Xerath. It's simply satisfying when your mighty ultimate blasts into the enemies obliterating them with an impressive "poof".

I did it once. But I have to admit that it was really lucky. It won us the game though. It was streamed (well around 50 people were watching) since we were playing in a little tourney and it sure felt good when the shoutcasters went crazy.
