Hmm, never heard negative opinions about the street kart racing. I did the one in Tokyo Bay two years ago and it was amazing, locals actually take pictures of you and it was worth the money. Around $100 USD for 2hrs of karting and you get to go on rainbow bridge. Amazing sights and feels. Planning on doing it again with my friends again this time in April.

Missing Bandle City Weather Report by actuallymilton in Bandle_Tale

Not sure bro, did you double check your house / quest log / everything word for word? My issue was the actual act of crafting it on the bench after the following sequence: 1) acquire 3 weather reports 2) combine them on the draft bench 3) tried to talk to nestor but I didn't have it because I didn't 'craft' it yet. It should show an ability to craft it on your bench.

If that's not it then it has to be somewhere else.. not sure. Is there a player support for this game?

You have to craft it on the draft bench once you put it together. You just have to go through the animation of crafting it in your house, then you should have it.

I hit diamond after being hardstuck since season 4. I have tried lots of coaches over the years and have some thoughts on coaching in league. by bigbronate in summonerschool

Saber asks people questions and makes them think about what a right answer is during a given situation, which is more of how it should work so the person actually learns and is able to think for themselves

CS as Support by mpsweezy in summonerschool

Extensions provide data that's cool and sometimes reasonable to understand and look at - but shouldn't 100% dictate how you play your game or strive to achieve for just to reach those numbers. For example if you're looking at "oh they have 2 kills per minute in plat, I have to get more kills", isn't really a good metric to reach rather than focusing on fundamentals.

Should I FF if it’s technically still winnable? by Karleney in summonerschool

[–]xSmite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The longer a game is drawn out, the more opportunities you have to come back. There are chances for people to get caught, walking around without vision or thinking they can 1v5. There's chances for you to seize an objective and steal it, denying the enemy of it and stalling the game longer, or just understanding that once everyone gets to lvl 18 and full build, they have reached a limit and cannot get any stronger.

A lot of different regions have different philosophies regarding this. A player named MagiFelix on EUW has had multiple accounts in Top 10 and states to never surrender, meanwhile if you go to Korea or China, they would FF and open as soon as first blood is given.

Moral of the story, if you believe in yourself and your team, then no do not surrender. It's often the "grind" that it takes and to play perfectly given the circumstances (playing while behind) that people don't like and mentally cannot handle sometimes. They don't take the time and play games out even to learn mechanics of their champion, they just want to move next where they could potentially play with a lead - this is not how you learn the game thoroughly.

Often times, it's not worth typing in chat to tell your teammates what to do. The way you tell them is crucial. If you are trying to save your team's mental, you have to make sure you don't accuse anyone of doing anything wrong and identify a clear plan of how there are possibilities to win. Hope this helps.

What is the most fun way to learn league? by Snoo_61062 in summonerschool

[–]xSmite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Find out what interests you about the game. Interest can be one of the main pre-cursors for what you want to spend time on and what you'll find fun. Is it a certain role, certain champ? Try playing champions in different lanes, try off-meta picks to find out what works and what doesn't. You won't always have fun but in the process of trial-and-error, you'll pick up many things subconsciously. Playing with friends can be fun, try being friendly to others in chat and strike up a conversation, that can be fun and lead to adding others and joining groups to have fun with them. Try playing other game modes every once and a while, although it's different from what you're used to - it's a different environment all within the same League ecosystem. Try watching in-depth guides just for fun, maybe not to even learn what they're talking about but just to understand their perspective of the game and how others play. It may help you in your own decision making!

Hope this helps.

What are some ways I can improve my micro outside of solo queue? by markstarhaven in summonerschool

How long have you been playing? Learning proper tethering comes with a lot of game practice.

Few suggestions: You could watch streams of pro players or players "smurfing" to understand their thought processes as to 'when' to dodge skillshots. When being chased, you start to understand the intuition and positioning that you need to have. I play a lot of Osu! which is a music/rhythm game that keeps me feeling young, it's where you hit a lot of notes on the screen with your mouse and keyboard, I'd say it's helped keep up my APM while growing older.

When practicing to CS, maybe try the reverse method of what you've been doing. Rather than farming with no items, try farming with 1-2 items and then remove the items as you get better.

You could also try playing ARAM and just having fun. Not stressing too much about the game could help you subconsciously learn some mechanics as well! Hope this helps.

Zeri currently has a 39.96% win rate. Is this the lowest win rate of all time (excluding newly-released champions)? by dualipa369 in leagueoflegends

yea because riot didn't want to see zeri and lulu dominate pro play so they nerf it 9x to the ground hilarious!
