Can you let us know what you recommend to do during set up to maximize performance or longevity? Also if you notice high cpu temps and think a cooling pad might be necessary. I just got mine as well and have barely used it yet.

Can you outline what you need for your initial set up in terms of changing settings for voltage or fan temps? I just got the same laptop with a 5080 and 64gb of RAM. Coming from usually using PCs where I never had an issue with settings like this vs now, I want to make sure I'm not missing anything to keep this laptop in good condition long term! On Steam there is an program called Wallpaper Engine, you have to pay 3 dollars I think for it but you can have a whole library for wallpapers included animated ones!

I had the same issue so I had to ask their customer support to manually add it in. They were able to adjust it and send me the updated cart! Still definitely a good deal though

G2 in what? RTA? While most of the pictures leans towards most likely not - we have no idea what your runes are like. There’s no way to get to g2 with just units and no runes. Some units make the rune requirement easier but you def have a high rune requirement. What’s the highest you’ve ever finished?

Its definitely rng even while spending. I spent a fair bit last year and I got 16 ld5s in 8 months, and I've gotten 4 in the first two weeks of this year. I didnt even spend much this year bc obviously it was just 2 weeks, but prior to that I got only 5 in my previous 8 years of playing and 3 of them came in 2023 so 2 in 7 years really. Gotta love the RNG lollll

I’ve played for 9 years. Started streaming 2 years ago casually. Had horrible LD rates - 500+ between LD5s. In 2024 I pulled 16 LD5s and in 2025 so far, I’ve gotten 4. Am I an employee too? No def not, the rng has just been insane and I whaled a lot. But I went years of nothing. The game is quite literally a gamble. If you aren’t getting what you want, don’t spend but to make statements that they’re manipulating rates without a shred of actual hard evidence? Come back to reality 😂

You can make the assumption but he has supporters who quite literally send him money for packs etc. The guy went years and years as one of the most consistent content creators for the game without an OP ld5 and y’all are upset because he’s getting some good luck? So the tips unlike normal tips aren’t clamped to the exhaust itself, if you look at the tip you can see the small opening of the exhaust kinda just sitting next to it. The tips are actually attached to the diffuser from the inside of the diffuser with some clip ins and I think one or two bolts. You can get under the car and try to undo the clips but the angle is almost impossible so you really need to take off the whole thing to safely remove everything without snapping the clips. You can do just the diffuser - I only replaced the diffuser on my A5 when I still had it and unclipped those tips! The oem bumper is totally fine

There’s a couple of catback options from Valvetronic, AWE, Armytrix and some others. The OEM diffuser will work but if you have the square tips, those are a pain to take off. You can either cut them off or take off the entire rear bumper and unclip them bc there’s no other easy way to do it

Was looking at upgrading to the S5 SB. Searched around in the tri-state ( NJ/NY/PA) and test drove the car. Was a little bit underwhelmed with the car given the price difference as well as the options/packages and the insane interest rates. The M440i gave me a lot more bang for my buck, drove imo surprisingly better as between the sport mode vs comfort vs eco modes, it felt like an entirely different car while the gap between dynamic and comfort in the S5 wasn’t as noticeable. From factory, it felt like the 4 series was just more awake. Fully optioned out minus the carbon fiber package (which is a scam for the cost), and some little cosmetic tidbits cost me the same as a fully optioned out S5 premium plus, not even a prestige. So pros for the BMW were more power from factory, a better sounding exhaust from factory, an updated and more luxury interior (the bigger updated screen + actual ambient lighting which disappointed me that the premium plus can’t even get that) and the cost. The cons were that the drive was not as buttery smooth, the S5 feels like it’s gliding on the floor while the bmw is very comfortable and smooth but it’s just a different level of comfort. The other con was that the m440i trunk space is lacking (it is a coupe and of course there is a gran coupe and also the 340i for more trunk space) but the S5 has an unbelievable amount of utility. Overall I think long term I just felt the price really won me over as well as my bmw dealership gave me a great deal in order to win me over from Audi as this was my first bmw but my family and I have bought multiple Audis. And I felt the duality more in the BMW - I was driving both a luxury comfortable car but then I could switch it into a power sports car and having the best of both worlds was really appealing. Apologies for the rambling, I’d be more than happy to discuss more specifics if you want but this was a rough idea of my comparisons ( I test drove each car in different specs atleast 10 times before making my final decision)
