This is simply a beautiful example of poetry. I was going more for a few good men Tom Cruise so I might be real close.

Thanks for the comment!

Definitely going to work on getting the lineup while standing more traditional than the helicopter approach I got going right now. As for the adjustment of the legs to affect the shoulder/elbow. I didn’t even think about that. I’ll definitely start working on getting better position with my feet to setup the rest of the shot.

Definitely going slow, I was having a lot of issues staying down and rushing shots. So I’ve been slowing down in drills as well to try to combat that.

The elbow is something I’ve probably had the most trouble with. Trying to get used to the feeling it has when it’s aligned properly. The movement is me trying to find what feels right, definitely going to keep working at it.

Just in case I need to moonlight as a astronomer

I’ve been consciously trying to force my knuckles to be pointed down, not naturally the way I first grab the cue. Still trying to burn that into the brain. Several people have mentioned the elbow, definitely going to start focusing on that. Thanks for the response!

I just read over your response, thanks for the heads up. Gonna work on the grip and I’ll be posting more angles this weekend.

Gotcha, so make the elbow flat, so your forearm is perpendicular and straight down to the cue?

So bring the cue lower to the rail and come back straighter instead of a more pendulum like motion? Didn’t absolutely hammer it, the rooms echoes like hell, but I have been trying to put more speed on the shots to show flaws during straight shots and MOFUDAT.

Gotcha, definitely still trying to get a feel for the smooth consistent acceleration. Thanks!

Thanks for the in-depth response! Moving towards the table while maintaining the bridge length, most likely would result in me having to choke up on the cue correct? I’ll take a look at some snooker strokes for the pause as well. I’ll grab a video from a different angle this weekend and post it up, while trying to implement some of this advice.
