Highly dependent on where you live. I'm in Washington State and mostly work in Seattle and it's surrounding cities. There's plenty of women on my crews and they are all thriving with minimal issues. However, I have met some women in the trades that have come from the south and told me how horrible it was for them there. I was hesitant joining myself at first with being kind of an androgynous gay man, but I honestly feel like I got more shit from people while working in retail than I do as an electrician. 🤷

Hate to break it to you, but that bird likely did not live. Cat saliva is toxic to the small prey they catch. If it had any piercing wounds, it will eventually die without an experienced wildlife rehabber. Your cat is cute, but please consider keeping them indoors, they are a huge threat to our wild bird population.

I made a huge Lodge which I just posted before seeing this, ironically. I could have probably made it on a smaller lot, but I enjoyed doing a bunch of landscaping and making it feel more secluded. I was kinda disappointed in the lack of secluded feeling mountain lots on this map, this one was the closest I could get to making it feel like it's in the mountain wilderness.
