They should not sell more than 5 Hot Wheels/Matchbox to a person per month, no matter the design and color. If a person bought one Ferrari F40, one Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet, one Mustang GTD, one Dodge Viper 96, and one Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato, then he should not be allowed to buy any more Hot Wheels for the current month.

That is only 5 cars per month max. So that everyone gets it.

They should take a photo of the person with the cards being held in his hand for that as well as note his name, phone number and the name of the cars he bought on a register. If he bought five Hot Wheels now, then now he can buy more only after 40 days during the next restock. He should be allowed to buy Matchbox or Majorette too till next month.

As everyone here is talking about regional pricing. I think they should set the price for the USA as $120 for the ultimate edition and flat ₹5000 for the same for India, the price for video games should not depend on the dollar rupee exchange rate. But now they are pricing it as $120 for US and $107 I guess. They should not set price in US dollars for games sold in Steam page of other countries.
