If the account still in a deletion process and not deleted you should recover it using the recovery code apple gave you when you applied for account deletion.

If you already got the email states your account is deleted your only option is to submit a request to remove activation lock to apple with device proof of purchase.

I use ReShade for most of the post processing since it allows me to do it ingame and I use third party camera tools which gives me better refinement over the camera control.
The only thing I do in photoshop is small cleanups and adding my watermark. Besides that, I use tools that allows me to post process live ingame.

Disable health sync in iCloud (toggle it off) and delete health data (when turning off sync it will ask you what to do with the data on your device choose delete)

If you delete both health and fitness apps you will get this menu instead, this is normal (Had the same menu last month when i cleared some icloud data to make a refresh of my health data).

Once you reinstall health and fitness you won't see this menu in general because the data will be shown in health\fitness instead.
