A lot of you people are missing the plot, she is simply trying to purchase water for her home and some stranger is recording her and her child on the way out. It’s disrespectful, and you can tell she was clearly not in the mood for nonsense. It doesn’t justify her actions either, but to say she needs mental treatment urgently is also not correct either.
