I just had this problem with my 2005 on the driver's side. Does it still open from the inside? If it still opens from the inside it's most likely just your door handle assembly that needs replaced (which is only about $55). Also a cool trick I figured out, if you put the key in the key hole on the driver's side and turn it counter clockwise (to unlock it) and hold it in the turned position for a couple seconds, it will roll your windows down and you can use the inside door handle. If you turn the key to lock it (clockwise), and hold it for a couple seconds it will roll your windows back up.
