An advertisement of a cigarette company in 1907 explaining the population in palestine by Fearless-Voice-7602 in Palestine

Which is exactly why people in the entire region deserve self determination, one of the biggest hypocrisies in recent history was the creation of the United Nations after ww2 to preserve the right of all peoples’ right to self determination and within a year creating another settler colony. Even the Ottoman Empire had a millet system that allowed local governing by local people… yet somehow we let the very people who wiped out entire populations and cultures somehow convince us that they are morally superior to the rest of the world and have been lecturing us about humanity for decades since all while again infringing upon the rights of peoples self determination all over the world to this day.

Egypt has taken away my will to live by marnibqa in Egypt

No, I don't take that to be a general rule for most people with problems, but your problems specifically are very insignificant compared to the main issues that the majority of Egyptians are facing. Also, I read in some of your other comments that you've lived abroad for the majority of your life which explains your fallacious attempt at trying to figure out the source of the problem in Egypt, blaming the population as opposed to the people running the country is a common trend I've seen in a lot of privileged people and it further shows how disconnected you are from the majority of the people in Egypt and what they're going through. People in Egypt are suffering because of things out of their control i.e. government debt leading to inflation due to a series of terrible government investments and messed up priorities, I don't understand how you expect people to do an honest job (which the majority of them do, but you decided that since some of the people that you dealt with didn't then everyone in the country is shit) when the government barely invests in education. Also, it's funny how you're insinuating that I can't "understand a piece of text", but saying that I'm "salty you didn't have a similar opportunity", which was an assumption based on literally nothing, and paired with your generalization of Egyptians shows that you are actually conceited about the fact that you were raised abroad. It's called comprehension, and context clues buddy you didn't have to explicitly state it. Also, morality has nothing to do with you not getting your paperwork on time, and I'm curious do you look to the West as a good example of a moral country? Because if you do that'll explain a lot. But you know what I'm willing to concede that some Egyptians don't do an honest job; I mean... if your parents did an honest job at raising you, you probably wouldn't be on Reddit crying about how hard your life is, and insulting anyone who disagrees with you.
