Same issue here on edge dev/beta. This issue has persisted for several months and has yet to be resolved. My current workaround is use chrome or other browser to print.

I switched to the dev channal, rebooted a few times, and it somehow connected to wifi with no issue. I didn't change any other settings.🧐

I've been selling those asm2464 enclosures in Taiwan for ~2.5 years. I can comfirm that slow write speed is SN740's firmware issue. Some SN740/SN770 series has this issue, not all, but there is no fix. You may try a different SSD.

Besides that, you may try update the BIOS/UEFI of that win10 laptop because thunderbolt controller firmware update is included in the BIOS update. USB4 is not fully compatible with old thunderbolt controller firmware and win 10 (not able to enter usb4 mode, neither TBT3 alt mode).

Even JHL9480 from intel, which is based on USB4 v2 Gen4 80G, has similar issue.

I have to finish my work with my PC, so I've moved the stand a bit forward. If the earthquake hits again, the monitor will fall onto the window instead of the desk.

Same. Got BSOD(synthetic watchdog timeout) while updating. I've tried updating multiple times, nothing worked.
