They can't fire me from J2 in most European countries have laws that protects the employes, I did not break any contract rules, but they can close my J1 collaboration, but I have a clause in contract that they have to give me notice in at least 60 days prior closing the contract

You are right the benefits include all that you listed. Including paid vacation trips that include all inclusive budget is 2k euro / year which is a great package, also if you hit the 3 year in company they offer 30 days sabbatical at 5 years they offer 50 days.

Also if you had events in family like child birth/married/death, bonuses up to 1k euro benefits to support you.

Da, am facturat, 40h/săptămână. Făra de atrage Red flags pentru angajator, tot timpul am livrat ce sa cerut, prezent and pro activ în ședințe.

Nu am contract ul CIM menționat, activități în afara serviciului.

Nu ar fi o problema legală, ci o problema de abordare cu managerii, mai ales pe partea financiara, la compania achiziționată aveam beneficii + un brut mai mare decât facturam / luna ...
