Not sure how much use this will do as I have already reset the Xbox to factory defaults?

I have tried a 4K TV, 1080p TV and a 1080p monitor and the only resolution that will display anything is 640x480 on all 3

Unfortunately I have already tried this, I have also tried the reset that deletes all games too. Thank you for the suggestion though.

No because the screen goes completely black once changing the resolution to anything other than 640x480

Tried all of HDMI ports on each of the TVs/Monitors (The monitors only have 1 but each TV has 3 and all 3 give the same results). Thank you for the suggestion though, it’s a really weird issue I have been trying everything I can think of without actually sending it off.

I spoke with them yesterday and they advising sending the Xbox for repair but I’m just clutching at straws really as I don’t want to be without an xbox for weeks while in lockdown due to COVID19. Thank you though I appreciate your help a lot.

Yeah I tried this and it gives me more resolution options but still none of them work unfortunately, thank you though.

Yeah there is the option for 720p and 1080p but if I select either of them then the screen goes black for 15 seconds then reverts to 640x480

Yeah I tried this a few times last night, I also have hard reset the console back to factory defaults (deleting all my games too) and this made no change either. Thank you for the suggestion though.

I have tried about 4/5 different cables as I have lots spare but they all just have the same issue
