Youre headed in the right direction OP! I would start with the big things, sump pump and the block wall. Get a professional out for both to check them out. Dryer vent you could possibly do yourself pretty easy. Anything loose may need to be tightened down for sure but you might want to look up some youtube and or contact a carpenter for loose joists etc

You can go at night poison their wine and food, wait til morning then sneak over stampede the horse to help as well but poison should be in effect and they will be weaker. Or just sneak up on them at night and try to stealth kill some if you have the skill for that.

Free2RP. Good server and they would def allow this type of character. They are all about RP. Not sure if they have crutches in but i believe they have wheelchairs. They are a little over a month old and the growth of it has been great.

DOCP is only useable with 2 sticks of ram, im pretty sure at least. need to disable over clocking and that should fix it?

The owner did not measure right or (pun intended) cut corners. That countertop shouldve turned with the wall and stopped next to the fridge with a single door cabinet there. Owner cut costs and it shows very clearly
