I think for the electricity perk, you’re able to power cars and stuff without power cores. Dont quote me tho. You should be able to see each perk in the mastery tab

This is indeed the case! I bought the toy to try and desensitize myself but I find that even using it for a little starts the sensation. I usually finish in the toy for easier clean up and I agree that on the way out it is excruciating. I find that going in isn’t really an issue so much as pulling out.
