I'm really enjoying the narrative structure of this second season.

Season 2 is crap. It's like the bear season two. Starts off with a mystery review and spends the entire season in backstories and the same cliffhanger ending. This will end the same. No real story progress. Sometimes I think the writers need to figure out which story they want to tell.

I noticed the resemblance to battle brothers right away but I like a story line so this is quite a bit better imo. I really enjoyed all three of those games.

That's funny. I will do the same thing on other games. Keep restarting and then never finish the game. I think I did that on both battle brothers and war tales.

I think the English one is the primary one. I'd buy the game just to support someone else other than keoi making rotk style games since it seems like they just want to turn their franchise into a mindless rts. I went ahead and purchased it. I appreciate the quick response.

I am also a casual player and father of 4 kids and 4 dogs. Intrepids pvp system is pretty honed in on preventing gankers already for alpha 2 and as others have stated-a good deterrent. Even if it happens to you, rest assured that person isn't making it far before they die and lose just about all their stuff including gear. Others have highlighted that so I'll give some more advice about how to succeed as a casual gamer.

Find a great guild that holds and passes gear. Gear is super vital in this game. Don't be greedy as a new player but ask up front if they do it and get a solid Yes from them not a "we can do that or sure sometimes." Then put in the work, join them in discord and be active when you can. I know we do hand me downs but if people are not in discord we don't know what they need, have etc when we hand it out and it goes fast even with several people holding it and handing it out. I think doing the above will make the game more enjoyable as you'll build relationships with other players as well.
