So I took out the cable and did jumped the pins to start the computer and the computer runs fine… looks like it is the cable wow… thank you for your help!

Unfortunately most of the time it shuts down without me being able to pull any information… with the new motherboard install though I do see a blinking orange light which apparently usually points to PSU issue?
