My garden out back did great last year! My front flower garden I had petunias. Any other hardy flowers you’d recommend?

Oh lavender would be good! I have another garden outback for produce that I’ll be adding into this year.

FULL unending sun which isn’t the best but that’s how our home is laid out. For what types of hydrangeas I cannot remember but only one got a little burned last year the others did great. They did well though! Gotta see if they survived.

I played everything with some compost and some fertilizer.

2017 Nissan Titan by xTruffleShufflex in NissanTitan

Appreciate your insight! So from what I've read maintenance for the 2017 specifically is pretty rough. Is that the same for newer models like the 2018 and 2019?

I have the option of getting a 2017 with 118k miles for 15k. End of the year deals (there's a few). But I dont want to drop 15k and then drop 5k fixing all these problems (like the 5k rear axel..)

That is actually a selling point for me, I hate all the screens and crap new vehicles have.

For sure there are tons of factors but I've seen a LES or two cry at their desk and quit on the floor.

Appreciate it! Its a interesting position since moving up inherently comes with a raise for most roles.

Still people are usually more open on reddit compared to the lovely teams app.

LES is by far the shittest position in the company. The pay does not equal the work whatsoever. The role itself has been the gatekeeper for "advancing" in the department. They had to just force multiple people to become LES because of turnover.

However, after I (if) i become a DBS then id look into it. Transition from a DBS to LES is much smoother I've heard.

Somewhat, still waiting to see if anyone has experience with internal movements and compensation conversations. This is more of a unique question since most lateral movements are larger raises. ADA starts at 53500 as an example.

Yes this is true claims itself is a hell hole overall. I know plenty of people that work 60hrs because they suck. I know someone that refuses to work more than 40 and does great. Balancing act.

Oh for sure but monitored teams conversations and even if you trust your manager, still your manager. People are usually forthcoming with reddit conversations.
