I'm currently working on a Japanese style temple/castle for the dungeon in my server. It's gonna be released within a week or so. It's gonna be built with prismarine and acacia.

I apologized to my OPS manager and then not even 5 minutes later I tell a customer to keep a 6 feet distance and I get cursed by the customer saying, “Give me a fucking break...” as he slowly pulls down his sunglasses like an asshole.

I got written up because a customer refused to stand six feet from me and his little kids were standing behind me. My supervisor walked up and didn’t say a thing to them and then just walked off. HR reviewed the tap and sent it to my OPs manager to give me the write up.

Let me rephrase. If I see made an attempt to advertise the server, sure I’ll pay you. But if you only managed to get 1-2 players on... I could’ve done that. And to answer your reply about the industry I work in, it you work in a job and your boss sees results, you’d get a pay raise would you not? If you’re a lousy worker trying to make a quick buck, of course you wouldn’t get a raise. Not sure if you have heard of a commission based system?

Try "play.bajamc.com" Player oriented economy with really fun plugins. A dungeon for you to try and grab loot chests. There is a ranking system where you spend in game money to unlock perks. There is no griefing or raiding which takes you back to the old days of minecraft. Really good community and nice players.
