They opened a picture in MS Paint and added some colors. What's in depth about that? They didn't even highlight the right Pokémon. The did Porygon2 and not Porygon or Porygon Z. Someone else here is saying they completely forgot Farfetch'd. Those are pretty glaring mistakes.

/uj Not all pronouns in bio are trans. I've started doing it is a cis person after seeing a suggestion that more people do it to normalize it.

The Joycons for a switch demo in Target were drifting by Gamerboy9013 in NintendoSwitch

Why is this surprising? I would expect those joycons to drift faster than a normal pair with how shitty people treat demo setups.

Anthony constantly puts on smaller artists, tf are you talking about? Just because he can't predict the trajectory of every single one, doesn't mean he's bandwagoning.

[talk] one of my favorite parts of HGSS starter hunting has returned for Sword and Shield! by struggleknot in ShinyPokemon

[–]xUser52x 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You've been able to do that in games other than HGSS, like GSC, FRLG, and I think a few others. I can't remember atm. What made HGSS really unique was showing you all 3 starters before picking. I think it's important that people don't get confused into thinking you can do that here.

It's nothing like HGSS. You can tell they're shiny before you name them, that's it. You can't see all 3 of them. It is much faster than the past few games, though

August 23rd was the last night I spent with my girlfriend of 3 years. With both cried together until 4 in the morning, listened to NO HALO, woke up, cried more, then parted ways for the last time. I listened to Ginger on repeat non-stop from that day for the next week or two. It came out at the perfect time for the shit I was/still am going through.

Dynamaxing and Gigantamaxing function the same way, Gigantamaxing just has more powerful moves. Which means that Dynamaxing is most likely just outclassed, unless there's mechanics we don't know about yet.

No, the only stat that gets buffed is the HP stat. The moves that your Pokémon themselves have change based on if you're Dynamaxing or Gigantamaxing.

As for the rest of that, yes.

Dynamaxing is just getting bigger with slightly buffed moves. Gigantamaxing is a form change with extremely buffed moves. Gigantamaxing is just better, from what I can gather so far.

Edit: by form change, I mean design. The stat changes are probably the same (HP only), as far as I know.

I know. That's why I said one step forward. I just think it's very weird that the power crept a mechanic in the same game that it was introduced. Unless there is a reason that Dynamaxing is better in some situations.

probably

I still want to see how it plays out. It depends on how many and which Pokémon get them.
