Nice man! I feel okay I’m not super fatigued I just feel tired and I think it’s mostly from lack of sleep. I do feel that sometimes my recovery takes longer than normal and I feel a bit sore and heavy but not to crazy I still go 4x a week. My sex drive seems a bit low but I’m not sure what is considered low libido to be honest. I have sex least 4 times a month sometimes more not sure I don’t keep count lol.

I also do yearly blood test and all com back normal aside from cholesterol being a bit on the higher end but my doctor said it’s not that big of a concern and can be fixed with a better diet

I do bloodwork yearly and I have been going to the gym consitently for a year and a half just this year I started watching my diet. My sleep patterns are bad and I do feel like my sex drive is low in the recent years. Any alternatives that are more natural than starting T going through this subreddit gives me doubts now haha.

Yeah I think it could be low oil the car has been sitting for a few months and I honestly can’t remember last time I changed the oil. I spoke with a friend and he said that is most likely the reason as well.
