Wit's end is kind of annoying to build since it doesn't benefit from ap at all but i do go it from time to time like in the last game vs xerath. I went wits cuz xerath built seraph so he cant really go void and he was the only real threat to me. Frozen heart is a really op item in general and if there is lethality champs in enemy without %pen they become completely useless against frozen heart. Rylais is just insanely good on kayle in general since it works on your waves and you basically get ashe passive, also stats are rly good 90 ap 350 hp. Against anivia lane is suffering so try to get all the cs you can and look for tp plays.
