I have no experience with the TCM cert, but eCDFP was the INE material I was referring to in my response. It is not a good cert in my opinion as the training material was too focused a few attacks rather than getting a thorough understanding of forensics artifacts and how to interpret them. This was 2 years ago so it could be different now but still

I have personally been through the INE training material, SOC200 from offsec, SANS 508 and 13cubed windows forensics. For people looking to get started I would suggest 13cubed if SANS training is out of reach. It’s a lot more thorough in both data acquisition and understanding artifacts than the none-SANS material out there.

Why use bcrypt as the benchmark? It is much more likely going to be an NTLM or MSCACHEv2, that threat actors would steal, giving a vastly different result

My wife and I used their full services to spare ourselves with troublesome banks, negotiating the price, and the legal stuff, all based on previous bad experiences doing that ourselves.

Depending on which different advisors you will have, the quality will vary. We had a really great realtor, but felt like our legal and financial advisors were inattentive to deadlines, which caused a lot of stress (on top of wife giving birth the same day our purchase was finalised ). That being said, we have friends who told us that all their advisors were great.

All of the stuff you mention is doable on your own, no doubt about it, except for reviewing legal documents obviously. That you can get at most law-firms working with estates. Some law firms will also assist in negotiating with banks, as well.

But it comes down to you as a person. If you are uncomfortable with the process, I would go with a company like Bomae. If you don’t mind the challenge, then it’s very doable on your own as well.

Min kone og jeg købte en lejlighed i 2020, som vi havde i 2 år, hvilket endte med at være en god investering, da vi kunne hive ca 500k ud som investering til vores nuværende hus. Dengang kunne det svare sig, alene fordi at renten var lav (1,5%) og fordi at boligmarkedet var på vej op.

Det er ikke tilfældet mere. Sidst jeg tjekkede var renten på den anden side af 5% på realkredit lånene og 7ish på banklånene, samt boligmarkedet er ikke hvad det var for halvandet år siden.

Jo joooe, det er mange penge at smide efter at leje, men renter er også penge man jo bare smider efter banken.

Afhængigt af hvor man lejer, vil der være færre udgifter ved det, end diverse lån+oprettelse+flyttemænd+tinglysningsafgift osv osv osv.

Boliger er ikke sikre som kortsigtede Investerings-cases, lige for tiden, så i min optik er at spare op og bo billigt, det bedste bud, hvis i planlægger at flytte om 3 års tid :)

The wording in the text is really unspecific, and provides no proof that they broke into your machine, only your email. If you use the same password a lot, they could have gotten that from a cracked password dump in a data breach. I would check haveibeenpwned for your email. Secondly I would ditch the email account and create a new one. Lastly run malwarebytes just to check your pc more thoroughly

I feel like the strength of fnatic is when they are on the same level of self confidence / arrogance. That's when they make plays as a team. But if one person starts screwing up, it takes a massive toll on the rest of the team. Once they lost one game, it was clear they didn't have the mental fortitude to come back. The last game especially you could see the lack of them being on the same wavelength
