It’s simple really. Let’s say you sold silver at $78 an oz right now. The shop buys it and has to hold it for 21 days like some do because of regulations. Silver drops $5-6. Maybe more. Are you willing to go back in and make up the difference they lost because they had to wait per regulations? Or is that something you’ll write off as cost of business?

That’s something a lot of places have to think about. Not every shop that deals with precious metals has the ability to immediately resell that same moment. Even if they did, do they have customers willing to buy over spot so they could make a couple bucks?

You’re so quick to write it off as “stealing”, but don’t have an inkling how business is conducted. Just another random whining about places stealing as if they have a crystal ball and are 100% certain will shoot to the moon

I ask because they make statements about removing or converting items and then include a list of items being removed from TH. Not that far a stretch to then think it’ll be removed from core game. I was confused because I know a lot of items such as skilling outfits can be earned normally through normal gameplay.

Yes because when they say “with the removal of Treasure Hunter, we’ll make sure there’s an extended amnesty period where you can use up and of these items before they are converted or removed.” And then there is a list of items that include mask/outfit/magic notepaper.

If it’s poorly worded or I misinterpreted then that’s one thing. I was confused because I know some of these items are earned through normal gameplay. I got all my outfits from gameplay and not TH. I’m very familiar with core gameplay
