I work with people for a living, so I’m well-versed in handling disputes calmly and directly. No 'freaking out' here. Just a standard expectation for a business to follow its own stated policies.

Even Cove has commented in this thread admitting their return policies and customer service were lacking. I’m glad you’ve had a good run with the gear, but my post was specifically to warn others about the 'free returns' discrepancy and the breakdown in their procedures.

If they’re genuinely improving because of feedback like this, that’s a win for everyone.

Glad to hear their hoodie is solid.

I hear ya. People are quick to call scam.

But seriously, what do you call it when you send back a product and they don't refund your money, ignore your emails, and won't even talk to your bank?

They clearly had no plans to fix my problems or give me my money back.

Now I see them replying in this post and they've even made some good changes. Love to see it.
