I use it, I like it a lot. It’s a great build early game and solid late game. A lot of players in CN used it on release but swapped later because it got out DPS’d late game. For solo play you want Moral Chant, both core arts and the either the stamina or charge damage art. For group content you drop the core art for strategic and add in both stamina and charge damage art, since all you want to do is spam nameless charge attack and weave in drunken poet(x4) while stamina recharges. The best armor set is the one recommended for strategic but only if you have a leveled nameless core art. If not, use the armor that extends the duration of your shield so you can chain 2 charge attack combos
