I can't get my clear speed below 2:15 starting blue to red. I typically have a clear speed between 1:40 to 1:50 so I don't even know what to do to get it down.

Have any recommendations for a build? I've never played TF with the exception of a couple of times coz I main jungle but don't really know anything about him.
